write a letter or better yet talk to her mom. but more important be truthfull
1. admit and apologise that you realized that it was wrong of you to behave/talk that way.
2. you respect her house and their rules, you will try to control what you say around your friend (even if its on the phone)
3. afraid to loose your friend and will do what it takes to be a better person and hope that your friend’s better nature could rub off her to you.

All you got to do is come down,and call your friend mum and as her could you please come oven and talk to her.And if she tell you yes you can,you go oven there and you tell her that you are so sorry about what you on the phone,and could she please for give you and that it won't happened again,And you thank her for her time for letting you come oven there.

The best thing to do in my opinion is to just act like it never happened. Just visit your friend like you always do, and if her mum confronts you about it, just apologize for "being so rude". She’ll act like an adult about it, and hopefully she won’t hold a grudge.
