Ok my friend got his xbox live account hacked, and he cant get it back… He bought like a year gold subscription right before it got hacked… I feel really bad for him and im trying to see if i could maybe hack it back for him… Dont give me answers saying "call microsoft" because those people say they cant do anything and stuff like that… Well please help

roommate says i owe him more then i do?
Alright so here’s my dilemma.
In July I called the landlord of this apartment buildng in the city him and I are going to college in. Monthly rent for the apartment is $975. He asked that I give him a deposit of $975 to hold the place until September, and when September hit then this would transfer to our damage deposit.
So then the deal with the roommate was that he would pay September’s rent. Fair right? It will work out in the end with him getting half and I getting half of it. So we’re square.
We then needed to get cable and internet hooked up. So of course me being the ambitious one and him being the immature, irresponsible "dont care about anything, let the parents pay for everything and then blame other people when i screw up" type person, i called the cable company and put it in my name. So the cable company comes in and wants $50 for hookup and the first month’s bill. So we’re looking at about $130.
Then my roommates "awesome" tv didn’t work, so we said we’d go get one. I went out and paid for a TV (~$400) and a wireless router (~$60). Then the first few trips to the grocery store to get lots of food and miscellaneous household stuff, I paid (~$250).And I would cover the second and third month’s cable/internet bill (~$160).So now in lieu of me paying for all of this, he would pay my share of the october rent, so in total he paid $975.
We each paid our own rent for November and December. Then in January I was short at the time and he said he would get my half and I could pay him back. Finally in March when he asked for it (he needed it to pay his month’s) I paid him back $487.50 LESS what he owed me for his half of the incurred cable/internet bills from january – april ($160). So I gave him $330. Then I paid my February, March, and April’s rent, and he paid his February and March.
Now we’re about to move out, I’ve come home for a few days after hauling a load of furniture home. He phones me all pissed off that I owe him money for the tv and stuff and he’s all pissed off at me… How am I in the wrong? He wants half back for the TV and router since I’m taking them, which is fine. So I owe him about $225. So now he’s saying he’s out of money and it’s my fault…it’s not. So he needs to come up with about 260 bucks. His parents will give it to him, or I told him that he should just ask to have that deducted from what he’ll get back for his damage deposit.
So hes yelling at me and stuff and now I’m kind of nervous to go back Tuesday and deal with this. I have created a spreadsheet with all of this stuff and I want to speak with him civilly but he wants none of that. How should I address this problem?
