READ DESCRIPTION PLEASE !

[I HAVE SOLVED THIS PROBLEM, thanks for watching ]

Man, my computer is really damaged, please help ! If your answer can help me, I’ll sub to your channel, promise !

I have lot of problem right here, here they are :

- Problem 1 :
0:02 – 0:22
Some icons / shortcuts are broken, I’ve try to fix it with my Tune Up Utilities 2010 (Icon fix), but still like this. In the video I’m try to explain that, the icon is windows explorer, and doesn’t work.

- Problem 2 :
0:23 – 0:36
Libraries contents are broken. I’ve clicked the libraries contents, and nothing happened, but I still can access those contents, (for example documents) by go to C:\ – Users – User – My documents (C:\Users\User\Documents) (I will show how on my 3rd problem).

- Problem 3 :
0:38 – 1:42
MOST of application that I put on Local Disk (C:) are damaged (or error ? I don’t know exactly) so, I can’t open it, because crash, error, or missing program. On 0:38 I try to tell you, that one of my application which have relationship with C:\ is missing files, exactly the files that from C:\ , but the missing files are still in C:\ , I think the application just can’t reach C:\ . On 1:16 I’m trying to tell you, that one of my application isn’t work normally. My browser (Google Chrome) is losing its preferences, because I put it on C:\

I think, these problem came from C:\Users\Guest\AppData\Roaming there’s HIGHLY possibility these problem came from there.

*Sorry for my long description because I’m REALLY want my computer back normal. Sorry for my video, I can’t edit it too much, because my Windows Movie Maker always crash after this accident, so I edit it with other application. Sorry for my English because I’m Indonesian, and still child (Junior High School). So, I hope you understand what did I say.*

Please Help me ! I’m pulling my hair here !
Please answer I’m really need your answer !

*I hope your answer isn’t to FORMAT my computer, because I have lot of important files, but if you thin the best way is format my computer, please give me the solution to format it without delete a single of my documents and app that placed on C:\ (and D:\ too).*
